Because our cookie dough is perishable and must be kept cold, we have a specific returns and refunds policy to ensure food safety and fairness for all our customers.

 

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order has shipped.
This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and freshness.

Please double-check your order details — including your shipping address — before checkout.

 

2. Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [chippycookiedough@gmail.com].

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

Your order number

Photos of the product and packaging

A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we may offer:

A replacement shipment, or

A refund or store credit, at our discretion.

We handle these cases individually to make sure you’re happy with your experience while maintaining safety standards.

 

3. Late or Lost Deliveries

While we partner with trusted carriers, once a package leaves our facility, we cannot control delivery delays.

We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays or errors

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Packages left unattended after delivery

Failure to refrigerate or freeze the product upon arrival

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us — we’ll assist you in tracking it and, where appropriate, help resolve the issue.

 

4. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all cookie dough leaves our facility fresh, sealed, and properly packaged for expedited transit.

If you experience any issue with the quality of your order, please reach out right away.
We want to make it right and ensure your dough meets our quality standards.

 

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that bank or card processing times may vary.

 

6. Perishable Product Disclaimer

Our cookie dough products are raw and must be baked before eating.
They are not safe for raw consumption.

We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage, handling, or baking.
