Thank you for shopping with Chippy! We take pride in delivering our bake-before-eating raw cookie dough to you as fresh and safe as possible.
Because our products are perishable, we only offer expedited shipping to maintain proper temperature and quality during transit.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays to avoid extended transit times.
Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) may be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via Expedited Shipping to ensure freshness.
We currently partner with carriers such as [e.g., UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx Express, USPS Priority Mail Express].
We do not offer standard or economy shipping due to the perishable nature of our cookie dough.
3. Shipping Locations

We are unable to ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

4. Shipping Schedule
To ensure safe and timely delivery, orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only.
This prevents packages from sitting in carrier facilities over the weekend.
Orders placed after Wednesday may ship the following Monday.
5. Packaging & Temperature Control
Our cookie dough is shipped cold and packaged with insulated liners and ice packs to keep it fresh during transit.
Upon arrival, please:
Refrigerate or freeze immediately to maintain product quality.
Do not leave the package outdoors or unrefrigerated for extended periods.
If you will not be home during delivery, we recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the package right away.
6. Delivery Time & Cost
Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): delivery speed depends on your location.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We occasionally offer free or discounted expedited shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.
7. Delivery Delays
Chippy is not responsible for delays caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Carrier issues, weather, or natural events
The recipient not being available to receive the delivery
We take every precaution to package items safely, but once the order leaves our facility, we cannot control carrier performance.
8. Damaged or Spoiled Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [your business email].
Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
9. Perishable Product Disclaimer
Our cookie dough is raw and must be baked before eating.
Do not consume unbaked dough.
We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from delayed pickup, prolonged unrefrigerated storage, or failure to follow handling instructions.
Please bake according to the directions on your package for best and safest results.
